Yes.
Does my research question allow me to consider causes and consecuences, how is that so?
Yes, because the goverment doesn't allow the consume of marihuana, because they have a different beieve system then indigenes. But the indigenes use it for rituals and traditions they have, so they will use for something religios without hearing the rest of the communitie.
Does my research question allow me to discuses personal, national and global presspective, how can you tell?
Yes, because there are different opinions on this team and everyone have a position. In this team also participate the government.
Does my research question allow me to Suggest different solutions?
Yes, because if we see the consume of marijuana from different points of view you can suggest different solution but not everyone will have the same opinion.
Does my research question allow me to propose a course of action?
Yes, the course of action I can propose is to allowd marihuana to the indigen communities that liege in Colombia but they can't taked out or give to the rest of the society.
.Second set of questions
What is the current situation in my country?
In Colombia the goverment don't aloud the planting or the consume of marihuana, even in Colombia live a lot of indigenes groups that see the consume of marihuana in a different way.
What are the global influences in the situation?
This situation can help changing the global perspective of marihuana, because it can help us see it with different eyes. So why not we learn the uses that they give to marihuana and we can create a cure for a virus or some thing else.
Who far does the global situation affect the national situatqion I am studying?
Colombia is an underdeveloped country so it tries to copy other countries that thing the marihuana is a drug.
Are this effects positive/negative or both?
This effects that the legal consume of marihuana in Colombia could bring is of both sites, because marihuana whit bad uses is a dangerous drug for your body system, but also it is proved that marihuana can be the solution for some diseases or serious sickness. And in our country the different cultures don't use them only for sickness but also for religions or traditions the have and that we have to respect.
What Maine happen to the situation in the future?
If the consume of marihuana is legalized it will bring good solutions for some sickness that littles children's have, but it also consequently will help increase the number of addicts in the streets.
If the marihuana is not legalized the authorities could control the addicts, but it will cause that the people who give the marihuana a good use have to use it sneaking and if they are surprised using or planting it they will go to jail without committing a crime.
How likely is this to happen and would it be a good idea?
In my own opinion the marihuana could be legalized, but like every thing it need to have limits of consume. One solution I can give is that it only can be use by indigene communities in a specific territory and by professional doctors that give the marihuana to the patients that need it. And also that the planting and all the process for commercialize the marihuana is make by the government and people totally honest that will take serious this work.
